SALES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

The Position:
We are looking for a Sales Administration Assistant to work in our small, friendly office team.

Key Responsibilities:
Your role at Norfolk Oak will involve:
- Assisting our customers both on the phone and via email
- Processing customer orders and drawing up CAD diagrams where required
- Preparing working documentation to aid manufacture within our workshop
- Greeting customers who visit to see our showroom
- Liaising with our workshop team to bring orders into production and monitor to completion

The position is full time, and working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm. Due to our location in rural North Norfolk a full driving licence is essential.

Full training will be given to the right applicant.

The Person:
You will:

TRAINEE KITCHEN DESIGNER

You need to:

- Be dynamic, eager to learn and work as part of an energetic and outgoing team
- Have excellent numerical and writing skills, and be able to advise customers in a professional yet friendly manner
- Have an eye for detail, a taste for interior design and a desire to create kitchens and furniture to the finest level
- Have a willingness to learn, and a flair for problem solving and precision. A natural ability to understand construction methods and the mathematical processes involved in kitchen design is preferable
- Have previous experience using CAD software or similar programmes
- Be educated to university degree level

Your role at NAKED Kitchens will involve:
- Guiding each customer through their kitchen project via telephone, email and in person
- Create customer's kitchen plans using our CAD software (Training will be provided)
- Working alongside our designers to ensure a high quality service and a flawless kitchen design for every customer
- Liaising with our workshop team to bring kitchens into production and monitor to completion

SENIOR JOINER / BENCH JOINER

Norfolk Oak are looking for a highly experienced bench joiner to join our team. Norfolk Oak lead the field in solid timber worktops, bespoke kitchens and machined joinery products. 

Using the latest software and and highly advanced CNC cutting machines, we need a highly competent joiner to complete the hands on part of assembly, job flow management and quality control. 

Working with an outstanding team of joiners each specialising in their own disciplines, this is a chance for the right candidate to carve themselves a niche position in one of the fastest growing companies in Norfolk. An exceptional eye for detail, high standards and the ability to work under pressure are vital. Our customers demand the best, and so do we. In return, as well as a great salary, we offer a fantastic work environment, the potential to advance quickly, and opportunity to build a team of like minded individuals. 

You must have proper joinery qualifications, although the precise discipline is not particularly relevant. You will more than likely have at least five years post qualification experience, probably more. You will already be working on your own initiative, probably managing job sheets and junior employees. If not, it's certainly a direction you want to take.

KITCHEN DELIVERY DRIVER - SELF EMPLOYED

Due to the expansion of our bespoke kitchens, we require a dedicated person to deliver and unload customer kitchens.

All of our kitchens are made to order, and are hand crafted, therefore we require a diligent, careful and responsible person to ensure the order reaches our customer without damages. Our deliveries are one man only, so you will need to be physically able to unload cabinets with the help of the customer or their fitter.

As we have customers all over the country, you will be required to travel with the occasional overnight stay if necessary and early starts and late finishes are to be expected. We generally deliver kitchens on Mondays and Tuesdays but you may be needed on additional week days.

You will be required to contact customers with regards to deliveries, and liaise with our office to ensure deliveries run smoothly. A polite and helpful manner is essential as well as a presentable appearance, to uphold our reputation with customers.

You may be asked to assist with our wooden worktop deliveries as necessary.

Deliveries are made in our long wheel base Sprinter van, and a full UK clean driving licence is essential. 


TRAINEE KITCHEN ASSEMBLER

We are looking to recruit Trainee Kitchen Assemblers, and as such we would welcome applications from college leavers, as full training will be provided.

You need to:
- Be dynamic, eager to learn and work as part of an energetic and outgoing team
- Have a willingness to learn, and a flair for problem solving and precision with a natural ability to understand construction methods
- Be a clear thinker, motivated and practical.

Your roles at NAKED Kitchens will involve:
- Working alongside our workshop kitchen team to ensure a flawless kitchen for every customer
- Full training on all aspects of construction of our bespoke kitchens, with the opportunity to advance for the right candidate.

This position is full time, and working hours are Monday to Friday 8am until 4.45pm. 

Due to our location in rural North Norfolk a full driving licence is essential.

As this is a trainee position, experience in a woodworking environment is not essential but a willingness to learn is.
